Hey Joel,

I received an email from the ebay partner network telling about this change. My first reaction was, oh no! an ebay slap.. However, your blog post was an encouragement. My problem is that currently, my ebay sites are down so basically I have a dormant account. Would you suggest start building sites again with the new changes in mind or wait until just prior to the change.
